Mr O'Toole appears for the Defence and Crown in cases throughout London & the South East.

Mr O'Toole has dealt with all areas of serious crime and cases undertaken include matters of serious fraud, trading standard offences, murder, violent disorder & public order offences, rape, child abuse and blackmail.

Additionally he has undertaken cases involving public law children act proceedings in the High Court, Ancillary Relief, Personal Injury actions for claimants and defendants, Professional Negligence, Employment, Landlord & Tenant and cases involving sports law.

Mr O'Toole is an active football referee and Board member of the Referees' Association of England and its former Chairman and the current chairman of the Amateur Football Alliance Referees' Society.
