Ben Temple appears for the Crown and the Defence in Crown Courts throughout London and the South East as Junior Counsel and with Leading Counsel in appropriate cases.
Mr Temple's career at the Criminal Bar has seen him involved in cases of serious sexual assaults upon children, large scale conspiracies involving the importation and supply of drugs, firearms offences and all forms of violent crime. In the recent past Ben has had vast experience in cases that involve persistent young offenders and all crimes committed by youths.
Additonally Mr Temple appears in all forms of Road Traffic related offending, particularly in matters involving fatalities.
