Dominic Webber is an experienced criminal practitioner. During his lengthy career he has demonstrated fearlessly independent advocacy, both as a leading junior and acting alone, specialising in defence work in the South East.
He considers that the most important quality in a criminal advocate is thorough preparation, including mastering the factual detail of a case and the increasingly complex legal provisions, guidelines etc. that currently apply in almost every case.
Over the years, he has appeared in numerous reported cases in the Court of Appeal and in cases that have appeared in the national news.
Dominic specialised in jurisprudence in his final year at university, when reading philosophy, before studying law. He is a member of Lawyers for Liberty, the South Eastern Circuit and the Criminal Bar Association.
