Senghin Kong became a tenant in Chambers during November 2009 after successful completion of a 12 month pupillage under Mark Dacey and Jonathan Higgs.

Practice
Senghin is regularly instructed to appear in the full range of hearings in the Magistrates’ Courts from multi-handed criminal trials to civil forfeiture proceedings. He is also building a practice in the Crown Courts, with experience of appeals, trials and confiscation.

- R v Bowden: a two day Crown Court trial for breach of a restraining order
- R v Bajwa: a multi-handed confiscation hearing contested re: apportionment
- R v Bresnahan: a three day, three-handed Magistrates’ Court trial arising out of a pub brawl
