Allegations of historic sexual abuse of 8 year old girl, prosecuted 20 years after the event, procured by satanic threats. The case involved significant legal issues of 3rd party disclosure and bad character of the defendant and prosecution witnesses. Leave to appeal currently sought in relation to rulings on bad character.
