R v. Whyte & ors [2004] - Portsmouth
Junior counsel in a case involving the large scale importation of Class A drugs, from the West Indies, hidden in fruit and vegetables! The produce was unpacked in south London by the defendants, many of whom were disc jockeys in local pirate radio stations. Mr Whyte was acquitted of the counts relating to cocaine. Leader James Doyle.
