R v. Denis Putz [2010]
Jonathan Polnay prosecuted lorry driver Denis Putz for causing the death of cyclist Catriona Patel by dangerous driving at Stockwell Tube station in rush hour. The case involved legal argument about the admissiblity of alcohol on a s.1 charge where the correct drink-drive procedure had not been followed.
