Led Junior defending - multi-handed conspiracy to defraud a private bank.This case involved a complex conspiracy to defraud a Private bank. There were people on the inside of the bank who were able to access confidential details of account holders and then pass these details to the others involved in the scam. They would then make applications to transfer large sums of money into accounts controlled by their fellow conspirators.
