Led Junior defending - Conspiracy to Commit Robbery with firearms. Operation Trident.This was a case where the defendants were alleged to have been attempting to rob a rival gang. There was a considerable amount of reliance placed on Mobile phone traffic and cell site analysis. Operation Trident ultimately intervened after covert surveillance and the defendant’s arrested. Legal issues in the case involved the concept of joint possession of a firearm in a car occupied by multiple individuals.
