R v. Boateng & ors [2007]

Old Bailey Murder trial concerning the killing of a householder by defendant and 4 other intruders using the victims air rifle. The victim was targeted to hand over cash and drugs, but was shot through the heart when only £500 and an ounce of canabis was handed over.
