R v Daley and ors. [2008]
Inner London Crown Court - Jonathan Polnay prosecuted this 5-handed case involving violent disorder, attempting cause grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice arising out of a violent incident at the Fridge Bar in Broxton.
The case was succesfully prosecuted on the basis of CCTV footage even though the victim refused to give evidence.
