R v Bediako (Central Criminal Court)
A multi-handed murder trial where the defendants were accused of a gang based revenge shooting in the street. The defendant Bediako was acquitted but had pleaded to kidnapping. The Court of Appeal issued guidelines as to sentence in kidnapping cases involving drug supply.
