Multi Million Pharmaceutical Cartel fraud, the largest SFO prosecution to-date. This case involved 5 pharmaceutical companies and 9 human defendants. The indictment was eventually stayed following an appeal to the House of Lords before the trial which was fixed for 9 months commenced.
