R v Anthony Hardy [2003] - C.C.C.

    "Camden Ripper" case. The defendant was charged with the murders of 3 prostitutes in the Camden area whose body parts were discovered in bin bags outside of the defendant's flat. Police discovered further body parts inside of the premises. The case involved issues of Diminished Responsibility, Bi-polar disorder and other psychiatric issues as well as forensic techniques that were new at the time.
