Marcin Bukowski v Regional Court in Bydgoszcz [2009] EWHC 1283 (Admin)

An extradition case in which the meaning of the phrase "deliberate absence" in Section 20 of the Extradition Act 2003 was examined. The court held that absence from trial by reason of duress might fulfil s20 in extreme cases.
