Sandi v Craiova Court, Romania [2009] EWHC 3079 (Admin)

An extradition case examining what particulars were required by Section 2(6)(b) of the Extradition Act 2003 in "conviction" cases. The court held that this section was not equivalent to Section 2(4)(c) and the Framework Decision could not justify reading that section across.
