R v. Bendall [2010]
Causing Death by Careless Driving. Prosecution of delivery driver, contracted to DHL, for reversing and killing the three year-old child of the customer he'd delivered to. This tragic case involved multiple accident reconstruction experts in addition to causation arguments arisiing out of an alleged mechanical defect.
