R v Joseph King and ors [2011]
Jonathan Higgs QC led Jonathan Polnay in the prosecution of this multi-handed conspiracy to supply drugs and possession of firearms with intent in Canterbury Crown Court. The casewas the culmination of a long-running investigation by Kent Police involving undercover officers. After a six-week trial, the first Defendant received 18 years imprisonment.
