R v Pemagbi & Ors - Manchester [2009]

Large scale nationwide 'gun-running' conspiracy involving 13 defendants. The case involved the supply of scores of firearms and ammunition to notorious criminal gangs in Liverpool, Manchester, and Leeds from all over the country. The intelligence led police operation culminated in a helicopter police chase from Manchester to Leeds. The case involved the use of controversial Low Copy DNA analysis.
