Direct Access to 5KBW Barristers
We are a leading London Barristers' Chambers, ranked in the 2011 Edition of Chambers UK Guide to the legal profession.
Following the recent changes to the Bar Council’s Direct Professional Access Rules (DPA), 5KBW has ensured that we are well placed to now accept work on a Public Access basis in appropriate cases. Barristers' at 5KBW will undertake work throughout the UK and abroad.
Qualified Public Access Barristers are able to accept instructions from individual members of the public or companies, enabling clients to obtain specialist legal advice and assistance, from initial advice work through to representation at trial. Should your case require a Solicitor, we will be happy to provide details of a suitable litigation expert in those circumstances.
