Jury clear client of 5 charges of Historic Sexual Assaults

Sarah Forshaw QC instructed by Ellen Peart of BCL LLP acted for S who was today cleared by a Teesside jury of 5 charges of Historic Sexual Assaults upon an 11 year old boy 15 years ago. The jury returned unanimous verdicts in 14 minutes. The incidents were said to have happened whilst the defendant was working at a leading boys boarding school as a gap year student.
