Gordon Carse successfully represented a client charged with conspiring to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life. The client accepted transporting the shooter to and from the scene and being present when the firearm was discharged – including interacting with him between the two discharges. After a four week trial at Woolwich Crown Court, the client was acquitted of all charges.
