Olivia Haggar represented a man accused of stranger rape against another man. The complainant alleged he had been attacked in a park and made an immediate complaint. The defence case was that the incident had been fabricated.
Following a 5-day trial at Inner London Crown Court, the client was unanimously acquitted.
