Bartholomew O’Toole represented a man aged 32 accused by his former partner of 4 offences of threat to kill, harassment causing fear of violence, assault and damaging property. Defence video evidence was adduced showing injuries inflicted on the defendant during the relationship.
Following a 2-week trial at Kingston Crown Court, the defendant was found not guilty on all counts.
