After a 5-week trial at Kingston Crown Court, a man has been found guilty of murdering a 70-year-old woman in June 2024. The victim was found dead in the bath inside her property. Evidence showed she had died from drowning and had also sustained several other injuries prior to death. The defendant will be sentenced on 1 September 2025. Frederick Hookway appeared on behalf of the prosecution.
