Rosheen Iyer represented a woman charged with Conspiracy to Commit Grievous Bodily Harm, after a 17 year old boy was attacked with baseball bats in Luton leaving him with life-changing injuries.
Following an eight day trial at Luton Crown Court, the woman was acquitted of the charge. Her co-defendant was found Guilty and received a sentence of 10 years and 9 months’ imprisonment.
