Jennifer Dannhauser represented a man charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life. He admitted shooting at dwelling houses on three separate occasions and had pleaded guilty to possession of the items with intent to cause fear of violence. After a 7 day trial, the jury were not satisfied he had the more serious intention to endanger life and acquitted him of those charges.
