Grace is currently seconded to the Law Commission, acting as a research assistant. Her work includes review and reform of the law and procedure in sexual offences prosecutions, the criminal appeals process and the law of homicide.
Grace acts for both the prosecution and the defence in all areas of crime and quasi-criminal protection orders. She has quickly established a reputation for conscientiousness in her case preparation, a keen eye for detail and capacity to process large quantities of information, and the quality of her advocacy. Grace has completed vulnerable witness training and specialist Youth Court courses and has been recognised for her supportive and adaptable approach in supporting vulnerable defendants through criminal proceedings, ensuring that they are able to give the highest-quality evidence. Professional clients and leaders say she is an extremely diligent, adaptable and reliable team member with excellent client skills.
Before practicing as a barrister, Grace worked as a paralegal with the Crown Prosecution Service.
