Lily Malone commenced pupillage under the supervision of Louise Oakley in October 2024. Gregory Fishwick supervised Lily for her second six from April 2025 and then under the supervision of David Osborne during her probationary tenancy, and became a tenant following her successful completion of pupillage in April 2026.
