The 5-week trial involved the presentation of surveillance evidence from police officers, drug expert evidence and large extracts of phone downloads. The case investigated an OCG operating cocaine and cannabis drugs supply on a national scale. The OCG supplied over 2.5 tonnes of cannabis and 20kg of cocaine throughout the conspiracies. The jury convicted all Defendants. The first 6 Defendants were sentenced to over 77 years’ imprisonment.”
