Instructed to prosecute a case of causing death by dangerous driving. The defendant was stopped by Police in the early hours of Christmas Day. He then drove away from Police, reaching a top speed of over 140mph on Hendon Way. He collided with another vehicle, killing the front seat passenger. Instructed by CPS London Homicide Unit.
