Ben Holt was led by Bill Emlyn Jones KC [3RB] in this case. The first defendant stabbed the deceased to death after an altercation on the Edgware Road. The deceased himself was armed with a knife and his friend discharged a firearm during the exchange. The defendant was convicted of murder. The second defendant was convicted of perverting; having driven him away from the scene.
