Sarah Forshaw KC, leading Senior Treasury Counsel, Louise Oakley, of 5KBW, represented the first defendant in a four-defendant murder trial. The Crown alleged that AM was the principal in the murder, using a car as a weapon. Having run the victim over, the deceased was held captive before his condition deteriorated. The jury convicted the second defendant but acquitted Sarah and Louise’s lay client of murder.
