Alejandra Llorente Tascon, acting on behalf of the CPS, is instructed to prosecute the case against BAC who is charged with seven counts of rape, assault by penetration and sexual assault.
The Crown’s case is that BAC took advantage of the complainant’s drunken state following a night out for her birthday, raped her in a car park and outside a leisure center whilst she was unconscious due to intoxication and then took her to her house. When the complainant woke up the following morning, the Defendant failed to tell her that they had engaged in sexual acts the night before and instead told her that he clothes was muddy because she had fallen on the floor on the way home. The multiple rapes are captured on CCTV.
