Danny Robinson KC lead Nick Robinson on a multi-handed murder of a woman who died from head injuries, following a fight. During the lengthy trial, the Judge decided there was not enough evidence for our client to be charged with murder or manslaughter. The defendant was instead found guilty of ABH and sentenced to 6 months.
