Gordon Carse acted for the defendant who was alleged to be the principle in a group attack in which he chased and threw a young man from the roof of a building causing life-changing injuries. A submission of no case to answer was successfully made and the defendant acquitted following the successful resistance of the prosecution’s appeal against the terminatory ruling.
