Rupert was instructed by the CPS London South as junior alone in this two-handed case relating (in part) to the 2024 armed robbery of a jewellers in Chelsea that gained national attention in the press. Also relating to several cash-in-transit robberies that had been identified by the investigating Flying Squad officers, the case involved presentation of large amounts of surveillance, cell-site, call-contact, CCTV, forensic, and bad character evidence.
