The second defendant in a five-defendant murder was represented by Sarah Forshaw KC, leading David Osborne of 5KBW. It was the Crown’s case that the second and older defendant was the organiser and mastermind of a pre-planned shooting. A cut-throat developed between the first four defendants. Sarah’s lay client was found not guilty of murder; the others were convicted.
