Alejandra Llorente Tascon was led by Mark Ruffell of Pump Court Chambers in prosecuting MB and GB. The Defendants were charged with fraud, willful neglect, and theft, arising out of their supply of care services to a large number od disabled and vulnerable adults. It was alleged that MB and GB were overcharging for the provision of care, stealing money from the individuals that they cared for and willfully neglecting the same individuals.
