Alejandra Llorente Tascon is being led by Liam Walker KC in representing NH, a youth, charged with murder. The Crowns case is that NH, together with his co-defendants murdered the victim by stabbing him repeatedly to the chest and back. The Crown’s case against NH is that he acted jointly with his co-defendants despite not being the person who delivered the fatal stabs. The case is heavily reliant upon expert evidence, bad character and gang evidence.
