Minimum Term increased for Triple Killer Theodore Johnson

Mark Heywood QC representing the Attorney General, alongside the Solicitor General Robert Buckland MP, appeared before the Court of Appeal today to argue that the 26 year minimum term for Theodore Johnson whom has been convicted for a 3rd killing of a female partner should be increased. Theodore Johnson was convicted in January for the murder of Angela Best following manslaughter convictions in 1981 and 1993. Lord Justice Holroyde presiding agreed and the minimum tariif was increased from 26 years to 30 years.
