William Sneddon was instructed to represent an individual accused of Attempt GBH and Affray. The individual was initially accused of using unlawful violence towards the victim although was later accused of acting in joint enterprise with the other defendants.
Following a 3-day trial at Guildford Crown Court, the individual was acquitted of both offences.
