Stephen is regarded as go-to counsel in Public Law Children Act cases, acting on behalf of parents and Guardians dealing with all forms of non-accidental injuries, sexual abuse allegations, fictitious and induced injury cases, serious neglect, forced marriages and indecent images.
Stephen’s extensive expertise in both civil and family law cases gives him a distinct advantage in Human Rights Act cases.
