He has defended in cases involving Hawala banking, “Ponzi” fraud, boiler-room fraud, banking and mortgage frauds, and cases involving alleged offences against HMRC. He regularly undertakes cases involing confiscation issues and provides advice and representation in restraint and enforcement proceedings.
