Practice Profile

A composed, determined and eloquent advocate. Aamina defends and prosecutes across all areas of criminal law in the Crown Court and Magistrates’ Court.

Aamina has completed specialist Youth training and is noted for her ability to build a strong rapport and put clients at ease. She prepares every case meticulously in order to achieve the best results for her clients.

Prior to coming to the criminal bar, Aamina worked as a paralegal at a prominent criminal defence firm. Her case load included matters relating to murder, modern slavery, rape and supply of drugs offences (including EncroChat).

Aamina has volunteered as an appropriate adult at police stations and at the National Stalking Helpline.

She is fluent in Urdu and Hindi.
