Members of Chambers offer experience and expertise in civil actions against the police in cases of assault, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, misfeasance in public offices and for breaches of the Human Rights Act 1989. We offer a particular expertise in representing children, parents and grandparents from Children Act care proceedings in Human Rights Act claims against local authorities and in breach of statutory duty claims against local authorities, health authorities, prisons and other public bodies.
Chambers deal with personal injury actions, breach of contract claims with a particular emphasis on those cases involving an allegation of fraud, prison law and all aspects of employment law including disability discrimination, race and sexual discrimination and whistle-blowing cases.
We have a number of barristers who undertake work through public access.
