Chambers has extensive experience in all aspects of military law. Our members have expertise in the procedure adopted by military tribunals and in the different approach taken to the punishment and sentencing of offenders. We have represented serving military personnel of various ranks charged with a variety of offences. Cases undertaken include matters of drugs, violence, fraud and dishonesty. We have extensive experience of representing forces personnel charged with Army law offences including ill-treatment, insubordination and AWOL and desertion cases.
We have undertaken work at Courts Martial centres in the United Kingdom including, in particular, Colchester, Bulford and Catterick. Members are available for overseas Courts Martials and we have a strong background in representing serving forces personnel at the military court centre at Sennelager in Germany. Members of Chambers also have experience of appellate work.
