Attempted Murder Acquittal

Valeria Swift,  acting as sole counsel, secured the acquittal of her client for attempted murder. She represented the first defendant in a long nine-defendant attempted murder trial where her client was accused of stabbing the victim four times. Instructed by Mark Fanthorpe of EBR Attridge.
