BAFTA-Nominated Director Acquitted of Sexual Assault Charge

Orla Daly represented the Irish BAFTA-Nominated Director, Stephen Fingleton, who had been accused of a sexual assault upon a young actress, was today unaminously cleared by the jury following an 8 day trial at Isleworth Crown Court. Orla Daly was Instructed by Gerry McDonald of EBR Attridge Solicitors.
