Black cab rapist John Worboys jailed for life after admitting sex attacks on four more women

Jonathan Polnay represented the Crown in this case involving the notorious serial rapist and Black Cab driver John Derek Radford better know as John Worboys whom was sentenced to life imprisonment for four further on women dating back almost 20 years. Mrs Justice McGowan said she was handing down a discretionary life sentence because “the evidence that you continue to pose a danger is satisfactorily compelling”. Jonathan was led by First Senior Treasury Counsel, Duncan Penny QC.
